Which statement below is true
All the electrons determine an elements chemical properties.
The location and quantity of valence electrons determines an elements chemical property.
The location of valence electrons is the only thing that determines an elements chemical property
The quantity of valence electrons is the only thing that determines an elements chemical property

Answer:

The location and quantity of valence electrons determines an elements chemical property.

Explanation:

The location of Valence electrons is in relation to the level and can impact what the atom will react with. The quantity of Electrons can also change what an atom will react with and what it's charge is (for example if an atom has a stable octet in it's second Valence level it generally won't react unless sufficiient heat energy is applied allowing an electron to jump to the third Valence. You can't have all the answers true because they contradict eachother therefore, my answer must be correct.

I hope I helped and I would appreciate a brainliest award if you think I deserve it :)
