-this is a good answer, as we know that it's true so her complaint about money might refer to that
B.on average most women only earn about 80 cents per day - this would be true if we just looked at the cartoon, but we know that at least in the US, that is not a likely salary
C.the glass ceiling will be broken for a woman who has earned enough money - there is nothing in the picture that suggests the part of "has earned enough money" so we can reject this option
