Bohr's model of atom is an improvement on the Rutherford's model but the main difference between Bohr's model and Rutherford's model was the ability of electrons to revolve in a specific orbit around the nucleus in Bohr's model. while in Rutherford's model the electrons revolves in any orbit.   while

The improvement made by Bohr on Rutherford's atomic model was the addition of energy levels and showing the placement of electrons on those distinct energy levels

Hence we can conclude that Bohr's model of atom included  Energy levels to Rutherford's atomic model
