Hypothesis is that double pane windows keep the temperature in my house right. An independent variable is what I have the thermostat set on. A dependent variable is the temperature outside. The controlled variables are what the temperature was based on the temperature outside and what my thermostat was set on with single panes windows and then again with the double pane windows
