B: You have to draw it but instead of going left four units go four units to the right and end up at 1.
C: The arrow the points three units left shows -3 and, once you fix it, the arrow pointing right four units shows adding four. Since the second arrow, once you fix it, ends above the number 1 the answer is 1.
