1.) Do we really have a total freedom of speech or have we lost the freedom as identified in the Amendment?

2.) We see where protests, which begin peaceful, can turn violent due to the actions of one or more people attending the assembly. Typically, police will then declare the assembly unlawful and order the participants to disperse. If participants do not comply, police begin to enforce the unlawful order, which can lead to an escalation of physical force or tear gas. In your opinion, how can this conflict be avoided? Some say, the police should allow the protest to continue even if unlawful. Others say that if participants would just comply with a lawful police order, conflict is avoided. What do you think?

I believe that we don't have freedom of speech. Because violating the First Amendment is Making sure the laws that establish a national religion impede the religion, freedom of speech, interfere with the right to assemble peaceably, and prohibit citizens from petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. Peacefully the word means no violence, Right? But that's not how the government solved the issue. They didn't settle things peacefully when the BLM (Black Lives Matter) protest happened. Authorities claimed the First Protest Was Violent, but to new info surface, the media stated that the police use excessive force when in reality it was unnecessary.
