The answer is 2 kiwis.

1 cup: 5 strawberries and 3 kiwi                5 + 3 = 8
5 cups: 5 *  (5 strawberries and 3 kiwi)    5 * 8 = 40

She makes 4 cups. In each cup she uses 8 strawberries: 4 * 8 = 32 strawberries.
The total number of fruits is 40. So the number of kiwi in 4 cups is: 40 - 32 = 8

If 8 kiwi is in 4 cups, x kiwi is in 1 cup:
8 : 4 = x : 1
x = 8 * 1 / 4 = 2
