So the question is " Why is it not possible?"
1) Most of the farmers of our country are from "grass root level" with no or little education.
2) Farmers cannot afford the modern tools.
3) They still aren't aware of modern farming or agriculture and are still practicing traditional methods.
4) There is not enough support from government to those people. Government does not provide subsidy and financial support.
