The Principle of Impartiality state that  people should be  treated equally without discrimination

Impartiality is important in a community or society as the principle is based on the fact that people  should be treated equally whether rich or poor.

Example a rich individual may decide to treat a rich person like him in a good way and then treat a poor person  badly, this acts means that the rich person is been partial.

In a situation where both the  rich and poor is been treated without favoritism this acts  is called Impartiality.
