Muscular strength:
Muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift.
Muscular endurance:
Muscular endurance refers to the ability of a given muscle to exert force, consistently and repetitively, over a period of time
Cardio respiratory endurance
Cardiorespiratory endurance refers to the ability of the heart and lungs to deliver oxygen to working muscles during continuous physical activity, which is an important indicator of physical health.
