Yes but more than a degree you need be able to apply what you study at school to your day to day work, if not the degree is just useless.
A business man needs a degree, An engineer needs degree. I will never allow someone to treat my illness if he doesn't have a degree or MBBS degree.. so no matter what you wanna do in the society there is a degree for it.
degree fill this huge gap in once life. successful people without a degree still feel the need to get one. it elevates you to some extent.
