In my opinion the United States is a 5 out of 10 because we all know that struggles are real and times are hard. But In reality we all think that the united states knows what we need and why but, do we? All of these new inventions to mankind doesn't really help everyone of those in need. For example the vaccination may stop you from getting the sick but doesn't it really stop you from carrying it and spreading it around, or does it truly help if it is causing more problems including deaths, new sickness, problems with senses and many more so that is why in my opinion the United States is a 5 out of 10
