I was tired of feeling stressed and too nervous to ask for help, so I decided to ask for help, and when I noticed that it wasn't as scary as it I thought it would be, I began to rely on others (sometimes) whenever I needed help with anything. I still have those insecurities, but they're not as bad, and honestly, I feel better."
