We know that the perimeter of base is the sum of all sides of the base.

The perimeter of the prism is (3+4+5) cm and the height of the prism is 15 cm.

So, the lateral surface area of the prism is:

[tex]LSA=(3+4+5)\times 15[/tex]

[tex]LSA=(12)\times 15[/tex]

[tex]LSA=180[/tex]

Therefore, the lateral surface area of the prism is 180 square cm.
