I don't get what they're asking me here :(

Many of the qualities behind the actions of giving on your list reflect the qualities of human services workers. What qualities do you think can make a good human services worker?"

So in simple terms a human services work is someone who helps aid people without homes meet basic needs such as food,clean water, or a temporary home! And what traits would you need in order to be a good human services worker. Some examples would be empathy, Communication, active listening, critical thinking, patience, emotion intelligence, time management, self-awareness, social skills collaboration, cooperation and teamwork!
