There is a ton of figurative language in scripts like these.
Line 80-81: compares their misfortunes to a wound.
Line 83: uses hover as if fear and hope are physical things.
Line 90: uses personification to say that something "feeds" on them when it is not a living thing.
Also the whole last quote from Creon could be filled with figurative language but I don't know the context to tell
