An injured person needs your help. You are bringing her to safe place. How are you going to do that ? Study the situations and determined the kind of transport that should be used.
I would either carry her/pull on my back depending on how far the safe space or put her in the car if there is one but the thing is I can't drive so more than likely I'd have to carry her.
