Delegated powers are the powers that are specifically outlined in the US Constitution. The Delegated powers are listed on Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution and they are The power to coin money and punish counterfeiting, regulate interstate commerce and foreign trade, power to conduct foreign affairs, to establish rules of naturalization/immigration, establish copyright and patent laws, power to regulate the postal system, to establish court system, to declare war and raise and support the national military.
