there are sixteen friends sharing 4 cupcakes. if they divide the cupcakes evenly so that they each get four Pieces of a cupcakes,how many Pieces do they need to cut each EACH cupcake into? pls help me with this.

Sharing = division. 16 divided by four is four. Now, each person gets a fourth so a fourth of four is 1/4. Each person gets 1/4.
