Yes because by this point in time money means power. If you're a homeless person on the street what power do you have? You can even sleep in the same spot for 2 days. Economy means money and if you want a better economy then you need to print out more cash. Although paper can damage trees and cause problems, this is the only way to stabilize the economy. When the economy is balanced then the US can stop printing money and start replaced the tress that were used to create the paper.
