Suki’s method is definitely the better choice. It was randomly selected and includes a greater amount of students. Dinah’s method has a little more bias. It’s about the people SHE personally knows, and because of the variables in the survey (same class as Dinah? Is she in a higher education class? Part of a group?) So the answer is Suki.
