When two opposite electrical forces are near each other what will happen?

They will attract to each other. Electrons have negative charge so the are attractive to protons(positive charge)

When two opposite electrical forces such as positive and negative or positive/negative and neutral, they will attract. They will attract because the electrical forces are opposites so for example, if the positive electrical charge comes near a negative electrical charge they will attract because its like they're saying "we have different charges! lets attract and give each other some of our charge and become equal!" lol.
