(-3/5,b)..... b us ur y value...so sub in -3/5  for x in ur other equations

2x + 3y = 6
2(-3/5) + 3y = 6
-6/5 + 3y = 6..multiply by -5
6 - 15y = -30
-15y = -30 - 6
-15y = -36
y = -36/-15 reduces to 12/5

so b = 12/5
