This would be very helpful in future "virus outbreak" situations, cause your actually studying the possible the virus already.
If the two topics I wrote down isn't something you would actually like to do, I would recommend looking at what's actually relevant in today's society. Meaning if it was a year where for example virtual money boomed, you could do an apprentice in the trade of blockchain for example.
