The answer is 3/125

[tex]log_a(x) - log_a(y)=log_a( \frac{x}{y} ) \\ log_5(3) - log_5(5x) = log_5( \frac{3}{5x})[/tex]

[tex]log_5( \frac{3}{5x})=2[/tex]

Since [tex]log_b(x)=y[/tex] is [tex]b^{y} =x[/tex], then:
[tex]log_5( \frac{3}{5x})=2[/tex] is
[tex]5^{2} = \frac{3}{5x} \\ 25 = \frac{3}{5x} \\ 5x*25=3 \\ 125x=3 \\ x=3/125[/tex]
