If you want shooter games, I'd go for Fortnite or PUBG, they both are easy and fairly understandable.
If you're not trying to get her to play shooter games yet, I'd go for Skyrim, Minecraft, Zelda (any of the series, but my recommendations are BOTW or Twilight Princess), Ratchet and Clank, or Horizon: Zero Dawn.
If you have Playstation VR, Moss is a good puzzle game.
