I came from Insular Southeast Asia that lies in the Pacific. I experienced many El Nino and La Nina events which I call as a Phenomena. To predict El Nino the weather must be warm and hot, many paddyfields will dry, water will slightly to be gone, and some animals will die, in that way we can predict El Nino. About La Nina we can predict it if the environment is wet, there will be rain even if it's summer, water will become more by the day because of everyday rain, in short La Nina is when there is a lot of water because of intense raining.
