Sorry this is late. I just had this question on my test and thought it would be a good idea to leave the answer for anyone else that may need it later down the line. I believe it is Un dormitorio because in the audio it says something along the lines of a girl named Elena that is going to be sharing a house with her friend and they wanted a kitchen. I can't really understand all of it but basically what you're looking for is at least 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.

On my test this was right :)
