Kw = [H+][OH-]

[OH] = 1.0 x 10^-11 M

Kw = 1.0 x 10^-14

[H+] = Kw/[OH-] = 1.0 x 10^-14 / 1.0 x 10^-11 = 1.0 x 10^-3 M

The solution is acidic, because [H+] > [OH-].
