So try to be more active. Do things that make you feel safe/at home even if its something small like reading or playing games. Make sure you drink water and eat throughout the day so you feel energised and take showers every day or every other day (i feel happier once I shower). You can also listen to calming music to clear your mind before you sleep. <3
