the principle of equality

OD. They show that the court has enforced equal rights for a variety of groups that have been discriminated against.

I believe that all the sections have indeed proven that the court has played a free and fair game considering the probability that the rights of the people in each of the sections have been infringed upon and as such the court as enforced all the equal rights necessary for these people to continue with their daily activities without being discriminated against.
