Claim : If there were no decomposers there would be a high probability for the food chain to be off and unbalanced.
Evidence: the mushrooms are decomposers and if they were not there it would not give nutrients to the tree the tree won’t have nutrients and then the animals that eat the produce that the tree has would die or be very weak and by the time they are prey they won’t pass on nutrients to the carnivore by and the time they eaten. Then they would all get weak and they could die.
Reasoning: Therefore decomposers are very important in the Earth.
