y= 2x-4
y= -x+5

y= 2x-4 
y= -x+5
so

2x-4 = -x+5
2x +x = 5 +4
3x = 9
x =3

y = 2x-4
y =2(3) - 4
y = 6-4
y = 2

answer: (3,2)
