Most of these people would have considered themselves experienced drivers, because they would be too nervous to even attempt texting and driving if they were inexperienced. If Carmen still insists on continuing, Lauren could ask Carmen to pull over so that Lauren could get out of the car. You shouldn't even be friends with someone that puts their "friends" lives at risk for something as childish as looking at who liked a post.
