I am currently going to the gym twice a week, running for 30 minutes to keep myself in shape. I do exercises as well, these help fast up my metobilsm and allows me to have good health. Some other ideas I have for the future to change things up is that I can start going on daily walks and runs, this will allow me to get fresh air and also work out in the same time.
