United States military prison. inside the Guantanamo Naval Base, is located on the Guantanamo Coast in Cuba. Prisoners, alleged terrorists, who were brought to this prison without trial and indefinitely, were often tortured. The actions taken in these camps were considered a violation of human rights by the old Amnesty International. The camp was founded by George Bush's administration in 2002. during the war on terror. During the Barack Obama's administration, the number of prisoners was reduced from 245 to 41.
