I am not quite sure, as of I haven't watched the play Romeo and Juliet, (if that's what you're talking about, that is..) but I will try my best to explain it in terms of my own. Romeo may have gotten more friends because he might've been more outgoing, or was surrounded by people his own age on the streets. Juliet, however, might have not have gotten as much exposure to people, and that's why she might've not gotten as much friends.
So sorry if this is incorrect! I tried my best, but as said, I don't really know the play that well. :(
