In the year 1942 Uncle Ranodeep Singh were done dead by his nephews who also happened to be the sons of Dhir Shamsher. This event was later regarded as the the event of 42 years reference of which can be found on the history of Nepali culture.
Shamsher Dhir, who happened to be the brother of Ranodip Singh was hungry of power and was jealous with the possession of power that was in the hands of his brother. He then decided to kill his brother resulting in his prominence being started.
