: Ms sania a 30 years old married women having six children she is the second wie o the landlord she arrived or her first appointment with a psychologist accompanied by her husband when psychologist asked her reason of the visit. She said I have been very sensitive. I start crying when I hear a bad news . She also a complained of the being unable to sleep. Feeling as I there is no life o in her body and having and difficulty in performing house work and looking after her children . She also visited practitioner and spiritual healer . Moving to Karachi after her marriage was an enormous culture shock or her as she basically belong to Sind. She felt insecure in this new environment. Her self esteem and confidence level had become very low.

Ms. Sania has 6 children and a husband. She is performing her duties but due to the feel of lonely she is not motivated to perform her duties. She has become very emotional overtime and she starts crying over little things as a child does. She is going into depression and anxiety. This is the reason why she is not being able to sleep at night and feel fresh the next morning.
