I'm so confused, you need a hairstyle for a women? You can just have them wear a ponytail, a braid, or a bun. Or hair down.

What is her hair type? Is it thick or thin? If it's thin you should keep it long and just trim the bottom. If it is thick try looking up pictures of pixie cuts or something short. Thicker hair sometimes looks really good short...
