Ronald,a real madrid soccer player, is on a diet and goes onto a shop to buy some ham slices. he is given 3 slices of ham which together wieghts 1/3of a pound but his diet says that he is only allowed to eat 1/4 a pound. how much of the 3 slices he bought can eat while staying true to his athlete's diet?

Respuesta :

I multiplied the 3 slices by 3 to figure out how many slices are in 1 lb then divided that by 4 to get 1/4 of a lb. So 3x3=9, 9/4=2.25. He could only eat 2 and 1/4 slices of ham :) I hope this helps and is right :)
