drink water or put a tylenol pill on the top of your mouth that what I do when I have a headache

drink at least 4 bottles of water, take tylenol, turn off the lights, put vicks on your face (keep away from eyes and mouth), eat a banana.

if this is constant you may be deficient in a vitamin.
