NO, brainly does not give warnings if you don't use it, but will get warnings if you post an answer, comment or question that is reported (flag button). Usually they'll let you go and tell you not to do it next time, but you might get warnings if you keep doing it or someone marks your answer/question as not school appropriate. I looked at your profile and your questions haven't been flagged.
If you post questions that don't relate to education or give out free points your question might be taken down.
