I don't know for sure but wasn't Frida Kahlo very interested in helping animals? All of the paintings that included her also included nature and animals, so maybe she wanted that aspect of her life to be very obvious and apparent. Again, I don't know for sure but maybe she wanted to bring more attention to animals and nature and I find that inspiring and really cool.
