Where the chemical signature on the blast site is consistent with any of the properties found on Bill then it can be established as evidence that Bill was involved in the bombing.

3) This incident totally modifies my theory on Dr. Fisher's murder. I had looked at Lucy as the possible suspect for the crime. However, given that the same type of bullets -  .38 caliber that was found at the explosion crime scene are the exact type that was found at the Dr. Fisher crime scene, I have strong reasons to change my view.
