First of all, the Federalist agreed with the United States Constitution, the exact same document that still manages our country today. The Federalist Papers were a series of 85 essays written by Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison, where they analyzed and defended the U.S Constitution. Furthermore, even after all these years, the Constitution still continues to outline our government, which proves just how successful this plan of government was.
The Federalists also believed in a nation based on industrialism, which is essential our main source of economy today. The key leader of the Federalists, Alexander Hamilton, was the U.S 1st Treasury Secretary, and during his term, he created the financial system that still lives today. Along with this, the Federalists supported the National Bank.
Overall, the Federalists believed and approved of many of our current political standings, and created many systems that still continue to live today.
