Explain how Human Capital Flight ("Brain Drain") can have negative effects for origin countries. What prediction can you make about the society/economy of the origin country if they consistently lose skilled, educated workers over time? (think about the loss of doctors, teachers, scientists and what that could do to a country)

The human capital flight will be very harmful for the origin countries. Due to immigration of skilled individuals the origin countries will never be able to develop themselves;eves as the greater minds will be working for some other nation.

As per my prediction due to human capital flight the origin countries will eventually losing their growth on the side of the developing nations as they will move rapidly with superior minds of other countries.
