Not entirely sure this is correct but in a right triangle, the cosine of an angle is the length of the adjacent side divided by the length of the hypotenuse. So, the adjacent side to angle A would be BC which is 9 divided by the hypotenuse which is 13 so 9/13, but that would give you 0.6923076923. Soooo... I don't know
