What is the difference between PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE & BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT? EXPLAIN. * *

Respuesta :

Preponderance of evidence requires a mere of 51% or greater probability and beyond reasonable doubt requires closer to 100%.
Reasonable doubt is where prosecutors have to prove that the defendant is guilty beyond the reasonable doubt. Preponderance of evidence is when (in a civil case) the jury has to prove their case.
Hope this helps Xx :)
