Ali, a seventh grade student, was asked to flip a penny 100 times and record how many tails and heads came up. Before doing the experiment, Ali predicted the probability of heads and tails to both be 0.5. When the experiment was complete Ali counted 77 tails and 23 heads.

1. Where Ali’s results consistent with her predictions? Explain your answer.

2. According to Ali’s experiment results, predict how many heads Ali would get if she were to flip the penny 200 times.

3. What would you expect to happen to the results the more times Ali flips the penny?
